Connect your channels
eBay: sign in on eBay's own page. Shopify and Kaufland: paste the API keys from your own account. We never see your passwords.
Add your feed
Paste your feed URL, upload a CSV or pick your Shopify store, then map the columns: SKU, title, price, stock, images, EAN.
Sync
Press “Sync now” or choose a schedule. Watch listings go live and orders come in — with a full history of every sync.

Your data and your buyers' data are handled the way the eBay API License Agreement, the Shopify and Kaufland API terms and European data protection law require.
- Your keys, encrypted. eBay access through eBay's own OAuth; Shopify and Kaufland through keys from your own account. Everything encrypted at rest (AES-256), revocable by you any time.
- Account deletion notifications. When an eBay user deletes their account, eBay tells us and we erase their data.
- Delete anytime. Disconnect an eBay account or delete your UltraFeeds account yourself — the data goes immediately.

How does the pricing work?
A monthly plan by the number of products you keep live, plus a small fee on the value of orders for products listed through UltraFeeds (from 1% down to 0.3% on bigger plans). Orders for products you list yourself are not counted. The Free plan has no order fee. Invoiced monthly by BS Management.
Do you need my eBay password?
No. You sign in on eBay's own page and approve access for UltraFeeds (OAuth). eBay gives us a token that only allows the actions listed above. You can revoke it on eBay or disconnect in UltraFeeds at any time.
How many accounts can I connect?
Every plan includes one account per channel: one eBay account, one Shopify store, one Kaufland account and one Amazon account (Amazon is coming soon). Your product limit is shared across all channels. Need more? Write to us.
How do I connect Shopify?
You create a small app in your own Shopify Dev Dashboard (our guide shows the 5 steps and the permissions to tick), install it on your store and paste its Client ID and Client secret into UltraFeeds. A one-click Shopify App Store app is on its way.
How do I connect Kaufland?
In the Kaufland Seller Portal open API settings, copy the Client Key and the Secret Key and paste them into UltraFeeds. Kaufland lists products by EAN, so your feed needs an EAN for every item.
What counts as a product?
A product is an item from your feed that is live on a channel through UltraFeeds (the same product on two channels counts twice). Items removed from your feed (set to quantity 0) do not count. When you reach your plan's limit, existing listings keep updating and new items wait until you upgrade.
What feed formats are supported?
CSV (comma, semicolon, tab or pipe separated) and XML. You can give us a URL that we download on every sync, or upload a CSV file.
What happens to items that disappear from my feed?
Their quantity is set to 0 on eBay. UltraFeeds never deletes your listings — you decide what to end on eBay.
What do I need before I start?
For eBay: business policies (shipping, payment, returns) and an inventory location — you can create the location from UltraFeeds. For Kaufland: shipping groups set up in your Seller Portal and EANs in your feed. For Shopify: a store and the app keys.
